1. Who these terms apply to
By booking tickets on this website you agree to these terms with Kerala Cultural Association Ipswich (“we”, “us”). Please also read our Privacy policy.
2. Bookings
- A booking is created when you submit the booking form with accurate details.
- Paid bookings remain pending until payment is successfully completed via SumUp.
- Free or zero-total bookings may confirm immediately when eligibility rules allow.
- Your confirmation email and booking reference are required for entry. Keep them safe.
- You must provide a valid name, email, and mobile number. Incorrect details may delay or prevent entry.
3. Prices and discounts
- Ticket prices are shown in GBP and include any published package rules (for example family packages).
- Prime discounts apply only to eligible mobile numbers on the organiser list, and only once per eligible number as stated on the site.
- We may refuse or reverse a discount applied in error or through misuse.
4. Payments
- Card payments are processed by SumUp on their hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your card details.
- You will leave this site temporarily to complete payment, then return to our confirmation page.
- If payment fails, is abandoned, or expires, the booking is not confirmed. You may use a “Pay now” link (if emailed) or start a new booking.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in cancelled entry for the related booking.
5. Refunds and changes
- Unless we announce otherwise for a specific event, tickets are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where required by law.
- If we cancel or materially change an event, we will contact you using the email on the booking and explain any refund or transfer options.
- Name or contact corrections before the event may be possible by emailing kcaipswich@gmail.com with your booking reference.
6. Entry and conduct
- Entry is subject to presenting a valid confirmed booking (reference and/or QR) and any door checks by organisers.
- We may refuse entry or remove attendees who behave in a way that risks safety or disrupts the event.
- Ages provided for family packages must be accurate; misrepresentation may void the package price.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control (including venue issues, illness, weather, or payment-provider outages). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
